Shipment
All orders completed and paid by Credit Card, Multibanco and MB Way will be shipped the same day, provided payment was made before 12:00 PM on a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the next business day.
If we have any question related to the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. The order will not be shipped until we receive a reply to our message. If we do not receive any reply, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the corresponding order note.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
The customer may receive the order wherever they wish (except PO boxes), Monday to Friday. To do so, simply provide us with an address where you will be present between 9 AM and 7 PM. A delivery attempt will be made by a carrier courier.
NOTICE: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to Yourself Apparel, generating additional shipping costs for the customer should they wish it to be resent. We recommend always making sure that the delivery address given when registering the order is correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details provided.
The order will be shipped using one of the following services:
CTT, CTT Express (FEMA) or MRW
With CTT, CTT Express (FEMA) or MRW, the order will be sent to the address selected when it was placed.
If no one is present, a notice will be left for the recipient to collect the order at the post office in their area of residence. The collection period is 5 business days from the date of the delivery attempt. To collect it, the recipient must present the notice or code left by the courier, as well as their ID card or citizen card. If the order is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to us.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the courier will have no way to leave a notice, so the order will immediately enter the return process to Yourself Apparel.

Shop online and pick up in store!
For any order placed on the Yourself Apparel online store you can choose a pick-up point. Simply choose the delivery option "Pick-up Point - 4905 Barroselas, Viana do Castelo". Orders paid before 2:00 PM on a business day will be available for collection the next business day. When your order is ready for collection at the store, you will receive a message with the relevant instructions.
The Barroselas pick-up point is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
