Is it safe to pay with my card online?
Yourself Apparel uses a sophisticated fraud detection and prevention mechanism. Through this solution, it is possible to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while at the same time safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.
This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts the communications between the customer's computer and our server so that they cannot be intercepted. As such, Yourself Apparel reserves the right to refuse payment for an order deemed to be an illicit transaction. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.
3D Secure: 3D Secure is a communication protocol developed to improve the security of online payments and enable authentication of the credit card user with the card's issuing bank. When making a payment in an online store, a process is triggered that checks whether the card used is valid. If it is, the security systems associated with the 3D Secure protocol verify the customer's identity in real time with the credit card issuer. The issuer validates the customer's identity and informs the store's system that the card used is legitimate.
The goal is to protect credit card holders, reducing the likelihood of fraudulent use of their cards and improving transaction performance. This protocol is used by Visa, under the name "Verified By Visa", and by Mastercard, under the name "Secure Code".
PayPal
Payment by PayPal is a secure method used worldwide. For more information about this payment method, visit www.paypal.com.
Save details for future PayPal transactions:
By subscribing to this option, the customer will not need to access the PayPal page on their next purchase. The purchase amount will be automatically debited from the PayPal account used when subscribing to this option.
At any time, the customer can access their PayPal account and remove this option. To do so, go to the menus Profile > My Money > My Pre-Approved Payments. There, all pre-approved payments will appear, and you simply need to cancel the payment associated with Yourself Apparel.
Important note: Yourself Apparel does not store any of the customer's PayPal account login details.
Multibanco
Multibanco payments can be made through the Multibanco ATM network or through your Homebanking.
When you complete your order, a Multibanco reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation e-mail.
To make the payment at a Multibanco ATM, the customer must select the "Services/Purchases Payment" option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
Notice: since the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to confirm payment within that period will result in the order being cancelled.
MB Way
The customer can pay for their order using the MB WAY payment system. To do so, during the order process, select this payment method and enter the mobile phone number associated with the app, access the app and follow the purchase confirmation steps indicated.
If the number entered does not correspond to a payment number registered in that app, the following message will be shown: "We were unable to validate your payment. We received the following message: Inexisting MB WAY alias".
If payment is successfully completed by 2:00 PM on a business day, the order is expected to be shipped the same day. Orders paid after that time will typically be shipped the next business day.
